A Futurist’s Manifesto
Where Are We Headed?
Leading a network of radical innovators who use technology to create better human experiences.
Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally changing the very nature of human experience.
Human Experiences:
Our mission is to bring forward a profound transformation that creates large paradigm shifts through technology. We believe this is the only way to fundamentally change the way we treat people, proprietaries and the planet.
The transformation we are talking about doesn't come from pushing out an app for everyone posts their opinions. It won’t be a result of a single piece of technology or an isolated focus on a particular sector. It's not about creating or adapting to new technologies that reduce human interaction or capacity, rather the opposite.
We want conscious innovations that put human aspirations at the center, so that we can produce future generations equipped with competence and fairness. So we will see a world that leaves no one behind due to lack of opportunities.
Better human experiences can shape better societies and lead to a better planet.

Problem:
Many technologies that are incremental in nature are generally good but a lot of them cause distractions, hinder productivity and disturb our work-life balance.
We face world’s immediate problems on so many fronts. Environmental, societal and economical. “Start small” approach won’t cut it and neither we have the luxury of time. We need a “radical and think big” approach.
New trends and technologies are constantly emerging. For those who keep up see less time for quality interaction outside of work, for those who detach are missing out on growth opportunities; which will cause a flood of economic imbalance.
Solution:
Recenter technology and innovation initiatives to align with, protect and nurture the inalienable rights of all of humanity.
That is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

The Puzzle.
Parents of our generation and the ones before have used something called “early specialisation” as an effective parenting approach. This way they wanted to give their kids a decent head-start and set them off onto a bright career trajectory. That worked (in most cases)!
Because the world offered opportunities based on linear progression. This means people were trained in specific fields by learning to perform the same techniques and skills over and over again. So the jobs were secure and set for life.
Today, things are different and changing. We need to constantly learn and update ourselves to stay relevant.
Have you ever seen a young person being asked what career they will choose in future?
Unless they are predestined to carry on family legacy or someone who knows what they want to do early on in their lives, like Tiger Woods or Justin Bieber, you won’t get a meaningful answer. And here is why!
Asking a young person to choose a career in a world where none of us know what it will look like in 10 years is like making them decide what they want for their 18th birthday when they are only 5.
A lot of the 20th century’s contributions were based on specialisms. But as information became accessible instantly at our fingertips, our knowledge became broader across a variety of domains.
Overall, we will see a lot of generalists rather than general specialists.
And this is good and useful when it comes to innovation. Especially when we want to solve the world's immediate problems.
You can borrow an idea or a process from a specific field and develop conceptual frameworks to solve a problem in a totally different field as the solution itself disrupts the way that specific field has been operating.
Very soon, a lot of the general specialist jobs will disappear as autonomous technologies and robotics take over.
So, the question is where are we headed? What should we, or even the budding generation, prepare for?
Grow your audience.

THE PARADOX
Thankfully, our universe has readily gifted us life in which the challenges, the joys, the tools that shape our human experience. We have no need to invent things from scratch. However, the very survival of that human experience has been dependant on curiosity, constant invention and movement.

THE PERSPECTIVE

Because the world then offered opportunities based on linear progression. This means people were trained in specific fields by learning to perform the same techniques and skills over and over again. So the jobs are secure and set for life. And they probably retire doing that job.

And what would be our role in

Want to change the course of our future?
We are serious about changing the world. So, we want people who are committed and talented in our network. We do not conduct ton of meetings and get to togethers because people in our network are pretty busy running massive projects and building companies. But for the meetings we organise, we need you to come prepared and willing to contribute. We use a platform to communicate with other members in our network.
So, getting to know each other is vital. In learning about each other, we strengthen our bonds. Only by continuously connecting and exchanging, whilst being fully present, responsible and aware, will we be able to travel on our devoted path to making the world a better place. Therefore we invite our members to introduce themselves here in the comments section.
In answering the two following questions, you will have the chance to introduce yourself and give us the chance to find out more about our fellow travellers on this journey.
What do you want to contribute to our community - and ultimately the world - to build a more conscious future with us?
If you were able to change one of your behaviors overnight, which one would it be?
We are delighted to be with you on this mission to make a positive impact on the world, through the cultivation of conscious leadership and hope for a better tomorrow.
